The brief
Everyday-carry programmes benefit from a shared hardware platform: the same buckles, zips, pullers and webbing across four or five models keeps tooling and inspection simple and makes the range read as a family on the shelf.
We consolidate the laptop bags, backpacks, duffels and trolleys into one shipment, one invoice and one bill of lading, so a range that would normally need four factory relationships needs one.
